So I was thinking about the age people start watching anime I started watching anime about 5 or 6 grade and my friend switched my TV on to an episode of Naruto What age did you guys starting watching anime and how?

I started probably when I was 12. My friend wore a survey corps jacket to school one day and kept talking about something called "Attack on Titan". After months of convincing, I finally decided to watch it and I'm happy I did. Attack on Titan/Shingeki no Kyojin is one of my favorite animes now and after I finished watching it, I began to explore other animes and manga too.

I watched my first anime when I was 4 with my older sister. My first anime was Digimon adventures (1999). After that I watched sailor moon (1990's) and cardcaptor Sakura (2000(?)) Then I watched Saint seiya the lost canvas (1975) (I still don't know why most of my first anime series are so old). In yr 3 I started watching the mainstream stuff and got addicted until now. Now I don't watch much mainstream anime; I like the tragedies and the deep ones.

My first anime was yeah that's right Yugioh I saw it when I was like idk 5-7? one morning on tv and I liked Without even knowing why but then I discovered anime and I was like oh this is why I like this :) and at some point I started DRRR!! And now here I am :)

Hm, it seems like I can remember always watching Sailor Moon and Pokemon when I was really young~ ☆
The first anime I was really into though were .hack//SIGN and the Adult Swim line up when I was like 10 - Cowboy Bebop, Big O, FLCL, NGE. Wolf's Rain and Samurai Champloo too, but that was a couple years later - although I recently rewatched Champloo~ ☆
Uhm... I don't remember when I started watching stuff online though haha~ ☆

I had been shown some Pokemon when I was really, really little, then I'd read a bit of Sailor Moon little kid version books in first grade, but I only began really getting into anime in 6th grade, I believe, after watching Inazuma Eleven in Taiwan and starting Fairy Tail.

I remember the very first anime I watched was Sailor Moon when I was about 5. I also watched a little bit of Naruto in 4th grade and InuYasha in 5th. I didn't completely start getting into anime though until my 8th grade year when I wanted to start watching Naruto again and I started watching Higurashi.

I started when I was 9 with the premier of the Naruto dubs, but stopped when I was 11 and started again when I was 15 (also with Naruto, but the subs. I can't stand the dubs now.) Back then I had seen about a dozen dubs to completion and have since seen 276 (according to MAL) subs to completion.
