Sword Art Online was one of the worst shows i watched and in my opinion its complete trash only recently somewhat being saved by its creator actually starting to look into whats good character development and how MMOs actually work.

however, this abridged series is literally 1000 times better than the show [insert 1000 x 0 is still 0 joke here]
Kirito actually gets character development, they give him a reason for his strength other than "im a beta tester with insane reaction time".

they also make Kirito a giant asshole, full of snark and sarcasm. yet somehow, despite being a total asshole he starts to actually develop a personality. they give stronger reasons for the characters start loving kirito, then usually kick them while there starting to like him and look past his annoying personality. without spoiling too much: Yandere Asuna enough said.

Also,Yamato, you paid attention to Kirito in season II? I paid more attention to Sinon...wow that was a great character. Especially her design and backstory.

yeah TFS atleast posts gameplay stuff up between episodes as off content. however is undeniable that it is well worth the wait.

sinons only letdown was she fell into the kiritos side bitches club, a shame considering she was such a good character im wondering how they play her out in the abridged more than season 3, which will be bad but im probably going to watch it anyway because reasons
