I'm mostly just going to watch Ajin and read the rest of the Boku dake ga Inai Machi and Assassination Classroom.

Assassination Classroom, Prince of Stride, and Dagashi Kashi are the only ones I've watched so far

In reply to the OP, I really enjoy the Ajin manga, so I'm looking forward to that one. Not excited about the 3-D animation, but I still think it will be good. Dagashi Kashi is a pretty funny manga, and the main heroine always looks great, so that will be an enjoyable anime to watch just cause of her.
Then, Assassination Classroom and Gate had great first seasons, and I think the second seasons will be just as good.
