The best anime ever made is called Inferno Cop! I give it 11/10 it is so good! It's on crunchy roll if you want to see it. It is amazing it's better than any anime ever combined!!!

I'm not sure if you guy are joking or not. I watched it when it first released and some few episodes of it. The animation is indeed unique, and I'm not quite sure I understand the story. Anyway, I'll try rewatching it and see how it goes.
