There was this anime I saw a few episodes of when I was younger and I'm trying to find out what it is so I can re-watch it.
When I was younger, I didn't have cable but there were a few international media channels I could get somehow. Mostly Spanish-language channels, but there was one East Asian channel that played dramas, news and some anime. I remember played dubbed episodes of Ah! My Goddess and Revolutionary Princess Utena.
They also played an anime that I only caught a few episodes of (including the finale). I honestly don't remember the plot that well, but it was about a princess (or some royal figure) who had two bodyguards. I think it was set in England. In the last few episodes, she appears to be shot and killed, but in the finale it's revealed that a necklace she was wearing stopped the bullet so she's actually ok. I can't remember how the show ended besides that.
I have no idea what the anime was called but it looked super interesting and I would like to rewatch it. It has to be at least 10 years old, but I'm not quite sure when it came out because the station could have just been playing reruns of it.
