Try 'Ao haru ride' and 'Kimi ni Todoke'. A must must-watch for girls or if you like that stuff. If you're a boy, liking girly(shojo) anime isn't considered weird in the anime community. 'Kaichou wa maid-sama' is personally one of my favourite romance series, but take into consideration I do have a thing for maids. It's still a funny anime with pretty good plot and lovely romance.

Also, School Days is a good one.

Hmmmm. Try

-Toradora(One of the most well-written romances I can think of but you probably watched it or don't want to watch it.)
-Golden Time( I had a few issues with this but overall not too bad a romance anime)
-Spice and Wolf(Less of a 'adorable heart-skipping romamce' but more of a 'watching a beautiful and well written story of two people growing to trust each other, depend on each other, have amusing conversations with each other and gradually come to love each other. Set in the medieval era and economics is a huge part of the anime. Probably not for you if what you are looking for is solely romance but you should definitely give it a shot.)
-Bakuman(Meh. Manga artist who made a deal with the girl he likes that if he makes a successful manga gets it turned into an anime and the girl gets a voice acting role in it, she will marry him. Not entirely romance-based)
-Lovely complex(A romance classic. A must-watch but you might have already seen it)

If what you want is super cutesy shojo romance stuff, your best bet is to read manga. There are far more good shojo romance mangas than there are romance animes. This is because a lot of the romance mangas aren't popular enough, having an anime adaptation for them would be pointless or studios can't be bothered to animate them. For example, Strobe Edge, a good shojo romance manga, has not an anime. There are many other cases like this in the romance manga world.

Also, it's always a good idea to state your gender and (rough)age so it's easier to predict what stuff you are more likely to enjoy.

I haven't seen many romance animes so sorry if the list is shit. 'Tis not my specialty.
