Is anyone a fan of kuroshitsuji? Have you ever considered there to be two ciel's? Well the artist has left many clues in the series. Especially in the book of circus arc. But before the book of circus arc when Ciel mentions taking revenge for us. We automatically think he's talking about the children or his parents. But during the arc he can tell ciel doesn't give a fuck about the children. So could he possibly be talking about someone else like a brother? Maybe all that is not convincing enough. Then how about when ciel came back he seemed rather distant from the people he used to be very close with or his twin was close with. But the only person the current ciel ran up to and embraced was tanka who probably was the only who took care of him. Also when ciel was little he would always go out with Lizzy and his family so how come the current ciel doesn't know where he lived. Proving that the current ciel was the younger sickly twin that would inherit nothing from is family and would act as a decoy if anything happened to the other.
