Ryuu Yamada is known as a delinquent in his high school; he has been bored of classes after one year of attending school. One day, he accidentally falls from a flight of stairs onto Urara Shiraishi, the ace student of the school. Yamada wakes up to find that he has swapped bodies with her! The two try to reverse the change and discover that kissing triggers the body swap. On the suggestion of student council vice-president Toranosuke Miyamura, they revive the Supernatural Studies Club. The club encounters other "witches" with different powers that are activated with a kiss!

Gonna bump this.

To be honest, when I read the summary for this anime, it seemed like the typical, ridiculous harem anime and I almost didn't watch it. My friends kept pestering me about it, though, and I'm glad I decided to watch it.

This show is actually pretty interesting. It's not a harem at all (which I liked because I can't stand harem anime usually), and even if it's tagged in the "ecchi" genre, there really isn't much fanservice as to disgust me. It focuses more on the plot of Yamada and the Seven Witches' powers, as well as the mystery surrounding them, and the fanservice is thankfully kept to a minimum.

Initially, the characters seemed to have the same stock traits other harem anime had (like the girls are all different personality types), but this anime takes a step away from that and gives them a bit more depth.

While this anime isn't the type to hit you in the feels, it does have a few moments where, in between the silliness of body switching (among other powers I won't reveal because spoilers :P), it does get a bit serious.

Overall, this is definitely a case of "Don't judge a book by its cover" and I recommend this to anyone who likes a fun anime with magic, tons of comedic moments, and the slightest hint of romance. :)
