Description:
An elementary school kid dubbed with the title "shounen bat" or "lil slugger" has been going around attacking people with his bent, golden bat. Now, two detectives are investigating so they can stop this kid from making any more attacks, but they will find out soon enough... that this case is much more than they expected.
Personaly i think it is very similar to durarara and baccano.XD

The anime was made in 2004 and i agree the art style could be better.But once you get passed episode 4 the art will stop bodering you,and you will be able enjoy all the psychological plot twist that this anime contains.XD

I highly recommend this. The ending *Spoiler* when everything hadn't changed, and history repeated itself *Spoiler End* surprised me, but I really enjoyed it. Though near the middle of the series, some things are irrelevant, the rest is terrific.

I think one of the best parts was that the story is episodic and it was so fun to try to figure out how everything and everyone was related
