Hoozuki no Reitetsu is a anime set in traditional Japanese hell~ It is a dark humour and comedy genre of anime~ The story evolves around Hoozuki, the assistant to King Enma the Great(?)ruler of hell (always pushing stuff onto Hoozuki to do)the anime shows how Hoozuki helps(*cough more like manages*)king Enma take care of hell. Along the way you meet interesting (hot *cough*)characters that appear now and then!~

P.S Along the lines of it being funny it uses characters and references from other animes and traditional Japanese stories! such as Cloud strife, Mario, The catbus, Momotaro and many more~
