Why the fuck isn't there a thread for this already?

This film is incredible, Satoshi Kon is a lunatic genius, don't watch this on LSD, what else is there to say? If you haven't seen this yet, you're doing it wrong.

This looks really good I'm looking forward to watching it. It says it has mild nudity in it is the nudity bad? I try to avoid it if I can.

uuuuh... Don't really know what to tell you there. It's one scene, and it's fairly intense... but it isn't like, stupid ecchi shit or anything if that's what you mean. Though I would say that at this point if you're the type who worries about stuff like nudity this will probably freak you out a good bit.

I just watched it and I don't think the nudity is that bad only 2 scenes but nothing to crazy! and it was quite different though I liked it. 7/10 in my book!

Yeah I mean, it isn't really nudity in the sense that fan-service is, its more like you'd expect from a hollywood film getting that rating for that reason. It's not that bad, but it is contextually intense. That being said, if you puss out from watching this because of nudity, you're doing it wrong.

The nudity isn't there to be nudity. It's there to increase in intensity and urgency of the scene it is in. At least, that's how I took it. This is also coming from someone who doesn't like sexual fan service at all.

The movie itself is incredible. It's also a scientifically valid idea, instead of something that just might be cool. It's one of my favorite films. I would watch it again anytime.

I agree with the warning that you shouldn't watch this film on LSD, and in fact, you shouldn't even listen to the soundtrack on LSD.

my friend once recommended me to watch this movie, it was actually really confusing, but it was pretty good :)

I just found this anime on YouTube one day, and I fell in love with it, esp. The soundtrack.
