If I really think about it possibly Haruhi Suzumiya from the Suzumiya series. Mostly in that I like to dream and I love the fantastic sort of like how Haruhi does in her way. Plus she seeks to be different and kind of is somewhat but is seeking the kind of different thats greatly fantastic which I can realate with.

Sadly Hikigaya from Oregairu. I am a major loner and only experienced pain in something akin to relationships. My outlook on life, and way of dealing with major problems, is quite similar too.

Well.... I could say I relate a lot to Japan from Hetalia because first, I'm actually more of a hard working person, plus, I'm a bit closed and so I would tend to stray myself from other people. Plus, I kind of have that... poker face when I come across something awkward and strange :P I also really like cats :3

Sadly enough I relate most to Izaya in Durarara!! because I look at things similar to him. People are indecisive and it's amusing to a point to watch them; I love seeing how humans handle themselves and have always had an interest in humanity, but a distant grand dislike as well. I'm also told I'm eccentric in how I go about things. There are others, but definitely him out of all of them I think. People also tell me I smirk a lot, especially when I'm up to something :3

Hmm... maybe Nonoha from Phi Brain or Nami from One Piece? They're both in my opinion generally strong characters who care deeply about the things close to them.

My personality can get a little complex so I can relate to quite a few characters.

Internal thoughts and personality - Nishijo Takumi (ChäoS;HEAd) I'm actually really delusional, I think lots of things are out to get me and think along those lines, so when I was first introduced to Taku, I saw a lot of myself in him. I'm also a crazy pervert and otaku. I love Taku and can really relate to him on many levels.
External behaviour in front of close friends, etc. - Nyaruko (Haiyoure! Nyaruko-san) overly dramatic, flirtatious, and obsessive? Yes, her over the top behaviour and ridiculous jokes I could really relate too. However I don't act that way in front of very many few, only a select few.
Public Behaviour and Romance - Yuno Gasai (Mirai Nikki) normally those two categories wouldn't be together but hey, I'm a yandere. Sweet and innocent on the outside with a good girl image that hardly converses with other classmates. Obsessive and possibly insane at times romantically.
What I believe the "real" me to be like - Irisviel von Einzbern (Fate/Zero), Inori Yuzuriha (Guilty Crown), what I believe my truest personality to be like would be that of Iri and Inori, I couldn't choose between the two. I love to sing and care a lot about other people, and the time I cosplayed as Irisviel I felt most myself that day and I can't really explain it...

I have to say.... Ayano Tateyama from Mekaku City Actors(Even though the anime just started airing today, I'm referring to her songs). She keeps secrets to herself and try to deal with it alone. I'm the type to do that too. I don't like to bother others for help mainly because I'm afraid they won't understand. I always keep things hidden with a smile, so Ayano and I are very similar.

I would say Fai from Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles because sometimes I feel like my whole personality is a facade. And Kagura from Fruits Basket- way too headstrong and can't take a hint.

I might just be saying this because he's my favorite but I can relate most to Izaya. It's just that he's so twisted and insane that no one understands him really and that's how I feel. Also it's like he has so many masks that no one can really see the real Izaya which I feel sometimes too. One more thing is just the fact that he himself doesn't really understand how he feels and I actually try to spend a lot of time trying to figure myself out but never actually am able to.

Tsuna from Katekyo Hitman Reborn! The way he is labeled as "No Good Tsuna" I was like that in elementary and even in highschool. Although my average wasn't 17.5, I was terrible at sports save for martial arts. Man if my school had a martial arts program I would get back at everyone! Also Issei from Highschool DxD (that's where my name comes from) and Naruto and practically most other shonen protagonists in that no matter how ridiculous a dream they have, they are willing to do anything for it. I try to do the same of one day becoming a UFC fighter and even champion. Also Izaya in that I also tend to observe human behavior.

Shien Mushanokoji (Aka Kid) from Eyeshield 21. He basically is a dude who put more effort into things early in life and when he met a crushing failure he was afraid to ever put his heart fully into goals again. But deep down he still has a desire to achieve but he tells himself and others that he'll most likely fail sort of as a way of not jinxing himself. "If I say I'll do good and then fail I'll feel embarrassed and ashamed so better to start off and say 'I'll do bad' that way my expectations aren't that high and I won't feel as bad if I lose." But he has a tiny bit more self confidence than he'll admit.

After watching the 2nd season of the Monogatari series, and then re-watching Neko: Kuro, I'd have to say I relate pretty strongly to Tsubasa Hanekawa. She's really the first anime character I've come across that I felt I could relate to in more than a couple ways, or on a deeper level.

That said, even though I try to do what I feel is right, I'm nowhere near as much of a saint as she tries to be, and I only wish I was half as brilliant as she is.

I was really drawn to her moral dilemma and how she dealt with it in terms of denying valid thoughts and emotions and what that did to her. It really struck a chord with me because I've realized that very same contradiction as I've tried to live an honorable life.

I do also have some surface-level traits in common with her. I tend to be pretty proper and polite in how I interact with people, and I'm a stickler for accuracy, so I tend to correct people.

Notably, unlike Tsubasa, I think I've got a pretty good understanding of both the positive and negative aspects of my personality, and I accept it all as being part of who I am (I could elaborate further, but this isn't a psychoanalysis session haha). I also typically don't hide my negative moods and pretend that everything's fine when it's not.

Generally speaking, in a lot of ways I consider myself to be like post-Neko: Shiro Tsubasa Hanekawa, but without the genius-level intellect and not as saintly as she tried to be (though I do try).

I'm short tempered have no friends shy and closed off all I want is to just live my life and be left alone I can't do what I want because me family and others keep getting in the way I just want to have friends but every time I try and have friends something always screws everything up

Ririchiyo Shirakiin. I really love her as she can be compared to me, who's always regretting my words that I never intended to say too, like her. I'm not that tall and I'm also have the same hairstyle as hers. Our personality's quite the same. I really love Ririchiyo, especially her shyness around the people she like -like me.

I relate alot to Izaya Orihara , well , to his mindset and view of life and things to be more exact.It's kind of scary how my way of thinking is so similar to a psychopath's.And I'm pretty much a hedonist asshole like him too.
And I can also relate to Mikasa Ackerman (from AoT) ,Misa Amane (from Death Note ) and Juvia Lockser ( from Fairy Tail ) , since I have a really obsessive personality and when I get attached to someone I'll care for them no matter what happens and how much of a jerk that certain someone can be to me xD

Blood+ Saya Otanashi. I dunno I would have to write quite a bit to get into why I relate with her, but I really do see myself functioning a lot of the same ways she does. She is able to be cutesy and a great friend - and then terrifying and brutal. But she is pretty three-dimensional. She isn't set in 'one' stereotype at all.

Hinata Hyuuga Naruto: She is shy and so am I. I am even shy sometimes online. Unlike her though I do come out of my shell more because I love to laugh, and have a playful streak. But I can relate to her and how painful being afraid can be to do things that you know you are too anxious to do. Or just feeling like the little one.

I feel like I can relate to Kirito from SAO for the most part, I always feel a need to protect those I love and can be a bit hot headed sometimes.

Also I can relate with Trunks from DBZ a lot because my dad is kinda a hard ass and I am always trying to make him proud.

Mekakucity Actors Momo Kisaragi. I've always wanted to be "involved" socially and wanted to be noticed someway...

Drossellmeiyer from Princess Tutu. As a writer I really had to love this character because of how he wants to make a really good story and how excited he gets as things take place. He just has so much fun and just seems to look at it the right way and know how to make a great story. I loved the story of Princess Tutu so I have Drosselmeiyer to thank for it XD

When I first watched DRRR! the first character that caught my attention was Izaya Orihara. We have so much in common and he's a character that I feel I really understand. It's scary sometimes how much we think alike and how throughout the whole series I could mostly predict what would happen and come to the same plans as Izaya. I could go on about how much we relate, but I have other things to do :D
