Kotarou Higuchi is a boy who's mother is dead and his father works often and is rarely home. One day, before going to school, an energetic girl greets him. This girl turns out to be his new neighbor, Misha. He begins to see this girl everday and believes she is stalking him. It turns out she is an angel-in-training, who is eager to be his friend and to pass the angel exam.

This anime isn't the best, but it's cute and touching. I enjoyed it a lot, but probably because it was my first anime. But please do give it a shot! ^-^
