This was the second anime that I watched, and let me tell you: it was the thing that drew me into anime. There are so many characters, and each has a fantastic personality and backstory. The character development is stunning. The soundtracks are wonderful. The whole plot itself is just so confusing but so deep and complex at the same time.

FMA Brotherhood really has to be one of my favourites, although i do agree it was extremely complex and confusing. This said I would suggest watching this over FMA since it was more exciting and had more emotion.
I would recommend this anime to those looking for action, excitement and comedy. Its a great anime don't hesitate to watch it! ^__^

Honestly my favorite series ever. I was like 12 or 13 when this started to air on AdultSwim, and I was obsessed. I didnt know what it was but I knew that I liked it, and when I kept watching it, I knew that I loved it. It keeps with the manga better than the original, and I can honestly say it fills my criteria for a stunning anime. Honestly a 10/10 in my books, and my favorite of all time.
