Well, this anime in particular caught my attention because Hiromu Arakawa, Full Metal Alchemist's mangaka, created the manga this adaptation is based off.
Plus, I want to see how an anime about farming is going to work out.
It will start airing on 12 of this month, and, for now, it'll have 12 episodes.

I have to bump this. Both seasons have now finished airing and I can safely say that nearly everything in this entire show is perfect.
I'm not kidding. Why has almost no one else gotten on this yet?

i watched and loved this at once. the best part of this film is the changing of hachiken to be better person that he thought he would never be.
