Quick Story overview from wiki: Rin Asougi runs a private investigation agency in Tokyo's Shinjuku district, performing odd jobs ranging from finding lost pets to hunting rare stamps in order to get by. Yet despite attempts at a normal life, she finds herself constantly hindered by the strange cases that come her way, figures from her dark past, and her inability to die.
Now if you have seen Code Geass you will remember where exactly the Shinjuku district is.
Rin: Daughters of Mnemosyne is by fay personally one of my favorite anime’s I have ever seen and I have watched over 30 by now. I am into the genre of fighting, gore, horror and yes adult content (but not too much). If you can ignore boobs like I have done in most anime’s you can watch this, and no the boobs do not take away from the explicit storyline. I must say this anime is VERY UNUIQE I have never seen anything like it, the anime is only 6 OVA episodes long but each episode is 40+ minutes long so it makes it feel like 12 normal anime episodes. It was action packed with sexual content probably more than needed but still interesting. And if you’re into boobs well you might like this (I’m not really into boobs being a girl)
Now this is what I probably love most about the anime is its widely unique storyline from human testing to immortality all the way to hermaphrodites, Yes you read correctly. I also hugely love the time frame this anime takes place, it actually skips through characters lifetimes which makes it fun, it goes from the present to the future in one anime. The animation is smooth and nice to watch, not beautiful but easy on the eyes, the voice acting for both the dub and sub is superb!! I have watched it both subbed and dubbed. So I think that the older people of the Dollars should check this out if they are looking for something new, short, and interesting along with something they won’t forget.
