Adaption of the manga, Arata The Legend is a show that showcases the standard Le Switcharoo with moderate interest. There are two Aratas in two worlds. On Earth is Hinohara Arata is a rather fragile high schooler who has a talent for running. He apparently has a rather weak self esteem that is further ruined by the betrayal of a friend. On the fantasy world is Arata, a brash counter part of Hinohara. He crossdresses to become a princess and is caught in a coup d'etat between 12 bishounen generals and the real princess....Through a mysterious forest, they switch.....persons? Arata is transportd to earth where everyone sees him as hinohara and vice versa.....adventure of frienship begins?

Its has decent quality animation.....average design......Many cliches...I'm already predicting so many things.....Watch it if you're in to the standard fantasy faire.

Just saw the first 2 eps which are the only two out at the mo, from what I can tell it looks fairly good. :P

I liked the anime, but the ending wasn't that good. Still it was only 12 episodes and the manga is still ongoing so i prefer the manga.
