>>3 Honestly, I think it's the opposite. This anime just grabbed a few ideas and let loose. I personally feel like the humor in this is a lot more genuine than most series of the same genre. They're not trying to take themselves seriously at all, and *best of all*, they don't rely on popular tropes to bring out the funnies (though some are obviously present with the trap side kick and long lost brother). It's otherwise a whole new humor unique to the series.
If I had to compare it to anything, I would say the humor in it is like American sitcoms but with less seriousness to the theme.
This is one of my favorites and is one of the very few comedy animes I enjoy. The art is average, animation is reasonable, soundtrack is actually pretty good, characters are great, character development is decent, and the plot is hilarious.
