So, a while back on this site, I've always seen people post completely new threads to debate theories that come up in anime, the most common one being, "Who is Tobi?" from the anime Naruto.
The reason for this thread is to debate different theories from animes you've been watching and such, so that no new threads appear regarding different hypothesis's people came up with while watching them!

Here's a fun one: are the Evangelion rebuild movies really a reboot of the franchise, or are they sequels to the original series due to Shinji recreating the world in End of Evangelion?

MY theory for why we have yet to see Team PLasma in Pokemon:
Team plasma is hiding and waiting to strike and stop Team Rocket, but will force people to give up their pokemon. BEcause of this, its possibly because of the coranation of N (in the games) takes place dutrring this time and his slow risze to power which means RIGHT after Ash kickes butt in the LEague, he has to deal with Team Plasmam only to find out that the leader is some confused teen with a maniac of a father.
