Fuyu, Use your head, Rukia has the power of ice. Rock lee only that gate of life thing (i got lost after shippuden stopped airing). Either way, i'm sure it would end in a tie.
Gaara VS, Ichigo, I mean Shippudden Gaara, not normal NAruto story Gaara. IChigo at Total Hollow and Gaara Shikaka... i'm pretty sure Ichigo would win.
MEdusa and Renji both can do damage at a range, MEdusa more so with her vectors. So.... MEdusa might have a slim chance, since she would have a second chance (this is pre-Stein-killing-her-adult-body).
Just my opinion.

I'll get specific with this, since more or less the same thing was started on the "TeamFourStar" forums.
I'll stick with the DBZ universe.
Goku Vs first Stage Frieza. Now let's make it interesting.
Goku can only go as high in power as he did with Ginyu, during his Kaioken attack.
Frieza cannot transform in anyway, and must stay in the same form as when he was firstly introduced.
Goku cannot turn into a Super Saiyan, nor can he use any Senzu Beans; he must not have any attacks that raise his powers other than that of the Kamehameha, or his Spirit Bomb, or his regular Ki Blasts.
Frieza can use his Death Ball, his Death Beam, and regular Ki Blasts.
Goku - Power must not exceed that of when he fought Ginyu.
Moves: kamehameha, Spirit Bomb (only 1 time), Ki Blasts, Kaioken.
Frieza: First Stage
Moves: Death Ball, Death Beam, Ki Blasts.
Who would win this fight?

Let me direct you to the Cell Saga. During this time, when Gohan finally started fighting him in SSJ2 (SS2), he was the strongest fighter there, who vastly passed his father.
So it isn't too wrong to think that Gohan's TRUE power could've been released during that time on Namek, and he'd be the strongest.
But anyway, Goku basically lost to Ginyu, and then when he was healed, his power tripled, and if I recall, Ginyu was so much weaker than First Form Frieza.
Ginyu is a cocky douche. If he thinks you're weak, or even as strong, he'll fight you. If that was the case, he couldn't easily had his team jump Frieza, and kill him, but he was scared of him, and no one, except during the nearing end of that Arc, saw his other forms. Not even Ginyu. It's safe to assume he was way stronger than that.

Normally, I would say Ichigo, but Luffy kills the line-up. Naruto and Goku are both ridiculously powerful. Even if we say Goku and Ichigo could face levely, it's not plausible to think Naruto (9-tails and all) could be beat by Luffy (with all of his stretchy powers and nakama's powers included). They're just on another level.

Unfortunately for Kakashi, Break is blind. Also, Break's chain is on a completely different level compared to Kakashi's ninja moves. If Break got serious with both his chain (while in good health) and his swordsmanship, Kakashi wouldn't stand a chance.
