What are your favorite endings to anime? Mine is the ending to Elemental Gelade because it's hands down the happiest ending to an anime that I've seen, and I love happy endings lol.

I can't think of a favorite, cus i have only seen 2 endings of 1 anime
Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist brotherhood
The first ending is Fullmetal alchemist and it ending with the beginning of the movie. I did not aprishiate it because It kind of left the viewers at a cliff hanger forcing them to watch the movie, Fullmetal Alchemist Conquerer of Shamballa.
For Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood though, they followed the Manga and made the series a little different thus changing the characters and the ending. But the ending is like any other. the Hero defeats the Villian and gets the girl. WELL I WANNA KNOW WHAT THIER KIDS ARE LIKE. I think they should have continued the series following what it was like for Edward and Winrys Children, shown in a picture for the ending credits. and how everybody grew up such as Al and Mei.

I think They wrapped Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood pretty well.They way that everything is explained over Central Radio, and Arakawa-Sensei really ties it all up in the end,from pride,the general,Roy,(or course Ed and Whinry),Even Zanpano and Jelso.PERFECT!!!

My favorite endings... I've grown to like endings that aren't always happy endings. Not like soul-crushingly depressing but where not everyone got What they wanted. I really liked the Puella Magi Madoka Magica ending. Granted the Anime ended 27 times. I Also like the FMA: brotherhood endings.

My favorite ending was FMAB, it was the only anime ending that I've seen where one all of the main characters are still alive. I really didn't like Mirai Nikki's ending though because I liked the series so much I thought it deserved a better ending.

Were people really happy with the end of Durarara? I thought it was cool and all, but it didn't really fell like it was over (like fullmetal panic and haruhi suzumiya), and I really , really hope that they release a second second. This is the problem with turning light novels into anime; they never have a freaking ending. As for my contribution, I'm gonna have to say Code Geass and Eureka Seven.

it was angel beats for me the end was so sad i know that for some people the ending made them happy but i have bean having a hard time with my family and i feel like its tacking my childhood away from me and at the end when there all standing there at the graduation i just couldn't stop crying i guess the story just rely hit home.

The ending to Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I felt that Ed and Al had gone through so much, they almost died more than a few times, their family was broken and even though there were so many people there for them they were completely alone in their quest to get their original lives back. They deserved a little peace and rest after the horrible 6 years they had to endure without their mother and original bodies. I think it's a much more satisfying ending than the 2003 series and had much more closure compare to the first that had to be left for the Conqueror of Shamballa movie.

Elfen Lied, because it heavily implies what happens next but never actually tells you. You have to imagine the whole thing.
Canaan was pretty good, too. They managed to tie every thing up and then create loose ends for you to follow.
