This series focuses on the 'sidekicks' of the Justice League, who create their own crime-fighting organization which, in a way, is for 'underage heroes'. That is, those who aren't old enough or experienced enough to be let into the Justice League. It features already known characters like Robin and Speedy, while also introducing new characters like Superboy. It is somewhat based on the comic 'Young Justice' with the same sort of precept, but the plot widely differs. I'd say this series is very good, with fair pacing, an amazing plot, and a wonderful cast performance. It's definitely worth your time, so you should check it out.
I love Young Justice. It's my favourite DC Animated Series (I like it more than Batman and Batman Beyond) and my favourite character in this has got to be Robin/Nightwing. Jesse McCartney really nails the performance. Also love Nolan North's take on Superboy.
resurrecting this thread.. bc I just finished the second season and it was awesome! At first I didn't like all the new characters, and it took me a couple episodes to get used to them, but they grew on me- and I love how the scope of the show is expanding
I ended up liking the second season more than the first season... here's to hoping for a third season
omg I wish.. Too bad it was cancelled by cartoon network. So many people liked it. But I hear that if there's enough support on netflix, we can bring the series back.
