Submission is the way of the Princess.

Magical Witch Punie-chan follows the title character Punie, the princess of magic land and a magical girl of great power! She's been sent to earth to attend highschool and learn many things about life, and prove that she's worthy of inheriting her mother's throne!

Joining her is her loyal and adorable mascot Paya-tan, a stuffed animal in the shape of a small horned dog! And her friends, Anego and Tetsuko - A tough but loyal delinquent and an adorable bookworm!

Together they go on adventures.

... Or they would. See, Punie's mom ursurped the magical land throne VIA revolution and rules it with an iron fist. She sent Punie to the human world to gain experience.

Her mascot Paya was obtained by challenging and defeating him in brutal and horrifying one on one combat, Anego is some kind of badass who regularly shrugs off mortal wounds and crippling injuries like they're breakfast, and Tetsuko... Is used by Punie to test for traps.

Punie's challenges include the rightful heir to magic land, assassins sent after her to overthrow her mother's tyrannical regime, and even her own little sisters trying to cut their way in line to the throne! To make matters worse, her powers are easily sealed away by... gundam merchandise.

That's okay though, Submission is the way of the Princess.

Having decided early on that magic simply was not enough for her to love and justice the face off all who opposed her, Punie diligently began to study joint locks and submission holds. More often than not, her magic is barely even used... In the face of the fact that she actively breaks her opponents in winch worthy fashion.

--------------

Series has 8 episodes total, but they were released in 4 installments of double-features, so you end up with four thirtyminute long episodes, each containing two 15 minute segments that count as an "episode".

Possibly one of the better uses of two hours of my time was marathoning this.
