Yes, I made this for a reason.
I somehow ended up in the part of youtube where I start finding short, indie animations of the kung fu variety. I have two to share.
First one:
Kung Fu Girls CookingA really silly ~8 minute chinese short about a guy who gets hungry, and ends up sparking a rivalry between two street vendors. No, I didn't just watch this because they're hot, hear me out.
The animation style was really interesting, to me. While it was somewhat unclean and inconsistent at parts, beyond the purposefully derpy moments, the action-y scenes were really fluidly done, in a stylistic way. I was impressed.
Second one:
Even if you Become the Enemy of the WorldCan't say this one really has a full, resolved plot. But there's enough in there to get a general feel for what almost seems like a teaser for a full series. Somewhat more serious than the first one I linked, and one that eventually develops into a montage of fight sequences throughout the mock "series", I thought the colorful style and fluid animation was really eye-catching. Not to mention, the song that plays in the latter half was really catchy.
To reiterate though, while it looks like a 10 minute trailer for a full series, this is really all there is for it. I guess the creator just had fun fleshing it out in a compact manner, leaving the viewer to decide its inherent plot.
