Eevee, and all its evolutions.
I always liked its concept of adaptation, and having all these different options of what you end up as. It was the most "customizable" pokemon, and it felt like a personal decision getting to choose its fate in each game you were given one.
I always end up choosing Umbreon, Espeon, or Jolteon though, in that order.

Actually my favorites change upon the version set but my favorite will always be my first. I'm a GEN 1 player who played up to Pokemon Diamond. Mew has always been my favorite. I still play on emulators. Out of all the starters tho, I've become a fan of Swampert. I mean, Water AND Ground. XD
Original starter was Blastoise. I always picked water first. Made first gym that much easier. After that huge level boost, just keep it high and then who cares what comes; You've got this!
