The original gag comedy manga follows the humorous yet "realistic" everyday life of Tadakuni, Hidenori, Yoshitake, and other students at a boys' high school. Its essentially just as the title says, Daily lives of High School Boys.
Man oh man, where to begin?
The first episode of this show left me cracking up in the middle of the night, cackling in the darkness like a half remembered nightmare. Comedy style is gag humor, so it was similar to Nichijou and Gintama, and man, it certainly succeeded in making my night. I'm definitely going to keep following this series, it was excellent. DEFINITELY worth a watch if you like a good comedy, check it out, lemme know what you think.

Since most of the jokes rely on punch lines, they are very hit-and-miss for me. It is totally reasonable to not find every joke funny, but it is still a bit painful to sit through a long skit and not finding it the least bit amusing. I find this happens a lot in the scenes that include Ringo-chan. (I have no idea why, maybe she just pisses me off that much? Although, I did really like the skit where the student council pretended to be rebels when they were tyring to borrow equipment from her school.) Even though I think it's getting progressively weaker, I do like this series, and each episode still makes me laugh out loud.

Hm I wonder what my favorite skit was. I really liked the one where they were playing ping-pong for some reason. "Obama" "Ah he took it!". Poor, poor Tadakuni. And the ones with Literary Girl usually get me, mostly because of Hidenori's silly internal monologue. Probably a few more, there's just a lot of them and I can't remember.

The last episode was brilliant. For a gag series, I found the entire ending sequence, to be completely awesome.
The rest of the series was hilarious in an unexplainable way as well. It's probably because of how painfully true the portrayals were for some things, from the inner monologues to the dumbshit activities they take part in.

Holy shit... that last episode was all kinds of excellent.
They totally pulled a school rumble though, which caught me off guard, yet again.
All in all? Favorite comedy. Hands down.

Am I the only one who didn't find this that funny? I mean, I smiled a few times but that's about it. I watched the entire second episode, and didn't find it funny. I don't think I've laughed that hard for years.
I think every single thing in that episode, I've experienced in some way. Bathroom emergencies, getting chased by a psycho, failing miserably at riding a bike and attempting to play catch with a jacket.
And one time, a friend and I both choked on hamburgers at the same time in different places.
