I grew up reading these books and I loved them! So, I watched the first bit of the anime before it came to America. Except, they didn't have many after the first 13 subbed... Then I found out that it was coming to America and I watched every episode and my mom watched too, since she had also read the books when I was young. It was a pretty awesome show and followed the books closely except, they kept reviving Thaegon which never happened and I think kind of took away from the overall plot. But, still a great show nonetheless.

After I watched the anime, I immediately went to the nearby bookstore if they had the book series of Deltora Quest.
Unfortunately, I only got the first 3 books. -_-

The books are so, SO much better than the show, they pretty much made my childhood.
