I watched the first six or so episodes, and some parts were really funny, especially the whole cross-dressing magic girl thing, but there was too much generic harem stuff to keep me interested. I feel it would have been a lot better if they focused more on the zombie magic girl cross dresser aspect.

I loved the first season, but to be honest Of The Dead was disappointing. It seemed to spend more time fanservicing instead of developing plots and characters, and by the time the story really started moving it just... stopped.
