Kawakami City is famous for its strong dedication to its samurai ancestors. A healthy fighting spirit is always valued and it's even an important factor for success at school.
Yamato, a second year student from Kawakami Highchool is always with his close friends (4 boys and 3 girls). They have all known each other since they were young and have done many things together. While they have many other friends, this group of seven is a close-knit, inseparable group. They even have a secret base where they meet.
With the new semester, they welcome two girls into their group and shortly after things begin to change...
This series caught me off guard with the first episode, I mean HELL, after the way the first episode ended, i felt like I had already watched the entire series. ALTHOUGH, It was fucking badass. Main character has a chessmaster complex, surrounded by hot girls with pseudo-superpowers with weapons. It was surprisingly good. And the second episode charmed it for me. I thought it was gunna be monotonous fighting with no real character developement, but so far so good, this series is looking up.
SIDE NOTE: For those of you that have seen 'They Are My Noble Masters', My favorite character, Kuki Ageha, is totally a recurring character in this series, however it seems she has aged a bit, still hot though.
