So post your favorite gundam series & your favorite gundam. They don't have to be related.

I'll Go first...
For my Favorite Gundam series, I have to say Gundam Wing. Mainly because it was the series that got me into gundam, and It was overall a pretty badass show... But fuck Relena.
Gundam Wing- "It is the year After Colony 195, and war between the Space Colonies and Earth has begun. To give the colonies an edge, they send 5 young soldiers, trained to perfection, to earth in the most powerful of Mobile Suits-Gundams. However my favorite gundam is probably Musha Gundam Mk 2.

My favorite series is Gundam Wing but Gundam 00 has become a very, very close second.
Gundam 00 - set in a futuristic Earth and is centered on the exploits of the fictional paramilitary organization Celestial Being and its efforts to rid the world of war and conflict with a series of unique and extremely advanced mobile suits known as "Gundams".
My favorite Gundam is a tie between Gundam Deathscythe Hell from Wing and Gundam Cherudim from 00. Also my favorite non-Gundam mobile suit is the Union Flag, also from 00.

My favorite series is definitely Gundam Wing and my favorite Gundam has to be Wing Gundam! I also really love Astray Gundam in its red frame with the Katana! However, I didn't really like SEED as much as Wing.

Surprised that no one mentioned Unicorn yet. The OVA series puts the core UC into perspective and sets-up the settings for F91 & Victory. Episode 5 will be released in May.

I've seen parts of G. Gundam, which I really liked when I was younger, Gundam Wing which is classic, and Gundam 00 which is by far my favorite of them. I just felt the characters were more believable in that one and the storyline hooked me.

I loved Gundam oo and the movie for it. Gundam seed/Destiny is probably my favorite, but Gundam 0083 is the one that I always think about because it was one of the first anime's I ever watched.

I started with Gundam Wing. Seems alot of people did. Favorite series overall though was G Gundam. I've only seen G Gundam, Gundam Unicorn, Gundam Wing Endless Waltz, and Gundam Seed. My favorite Gundam would hands down have to be Wing Zero Custom. The Endless Waltz version of Wing Gundam.

I'm so sorry, but I don't know many people who even knows what Gundam is. So I'm just super happy to see this thread :)
Anyways, I'd have to say Gundam00 is my ultimate favorite ♥. The storline and characters were very original imo. I don't really know how to put my feelings about it into words. I can just tell you here that Gundam00 is very awesome!
And you can all see that I'm a total Setsuna F. Seiei fan just by my name xD. LOL Exia is so cool too! :D
Except, my favorite Gundam mobile suit would have to be Verde. IT IS SO BADASS!!

I love it reading these posts and people are basing opinions on watching one episode of one of the gundam shows ... There are like 23 different shows at least 12 movies, almost 40 years of television and books ... But yes the gundam meta-series overall is brilliant, it has had its up and downs but overall the shows are worth watching.
If you were to want a show to get started though I would not recommend anything from the old UC age, that stuff you should ease into (lots of weird back then) but I would recommend starting off with the wing, seed or 00 universes they are probably the least obscure and out there of the shows ... also maybe even try the new show age.. It isnt that bad and it has lots of aspects of the old shows
