Seven teenagers in 1955 have to learn to live together in the same hold in the reformatory of Shio. Confined in a hall where suffering and humiliation are daily, they are waiting for a ray of hope in a dark, incarcerating world. The story follows their life together and how they move on afterwards.
Alright thats pretty much it, I gotta say, this is one of my favorite drama anime. The characters are so deep and well written, and the storyline is captivating. Not many shows go into as much detail with the plot as this. It's like by episode 3 or 4, i was completely attached to the characters and it only got better. I'll note, this series is a pretty damn graphic depiction of a prison theme in many ways... But that is also what makes it so good. Also i love Coldrain, so the OP for this show 'We're not Alone' was badass! Check it out if you want, Let me know what ya think.
OMAGOSH~!!!!!!! RAINBOW IS AWESOME~ just started the anime, and i was SHOCKED at how low an-chan's voice was. Whatever... you should read the manga, cuz it's just as good as the anime though. (:
Just started watching this series. I came in full well knowing that this series was going to be graphic, but... episode 2.... It disturbed me so much that I almost dropped the whole show. Glad I didn't. I'm up to episode 5 now and there is no turning back now. I just hope the rest of the series is just as good.
