Earlier last month I went on a rant on how it's nearly impossible to accomplish anything on a larger scale in this organization since we have nothing in common.
I have a suggestion.
Why don't we take some inspiration from the anime and form subgroups in this server based on major city locations around the world? People in Ikebukuro did cool missions cause that's what they had in common: they lived in the same city.
People will still remain anonymous but we will also be able to organize and complete missions more effectively since we will be communicating and working with people in somewhat local areas.
I don't know ... just a suggestion. But let me know what you think and if it's feasible or not.

this would be really good for making a bigger impact because as of now I am sure most of us can only do the small things, but if we were to organize into groups we would be able to complete much more impactful and larger scale missions and it might also encourage others to start doing missions because they actually have people to do it with

I honestly think it's a pretty cool idea. The fact that everyone's so spread out makes things difficult. Having this sort of organization could make things more interesting. The anime had it right.

I think this idea has potential, similar to the Google Map we had at some point. From that initiative, here are some lessons/questions we'll need to address/answer for this to be feasible:
1. How do we address safety? You mentioned that members should remain anonymous, but how should they do that?
2. Which method of communication do we propose for local sub-groups?
3. Which kinds of missions do we propose local subgroups complete? This affects questions 1 and 2.
4. How do we organize so that people know the subgroups that exist in their locales?
There may be more hurdles, but I think these 4 questions are a good place to start.
