From my observation thus far, I think it still lacks an even more fundamental element. A simple enough to do mission still wasn't going to cut it, we need coordination.
I'd say we gather on a chatroom, whether its the IRC channel or make a room in drrr-esque chatroom site (e.g. mushoku.tk or drrr.com). You might not realize it, but there is an astonishing difference between talking in threads like these and having a conversation in real-time on a chatroom with fellow Dollars member. It felt more personal, it allowed us to create bonds and make friends with each other.
In essence, doing stuff with friends is a much more exciting and satisfying experience than doing it by yourself. You might encounter someone that didn't have any willpower to do missions, but you can still ended up being friends with them and that's what matters.
Missions are voluntary, don't force it on others. Dollars aren't just "We gotta do good deeds and help the world become a better place!" spreading propaganda. Funnily yet interestingly enough, we gather around just for the sake of being in the gathering itself, perhaps also make some new friends along the way, perhaps also have some intelligent discussions about the happenings around our world, or just have some good time goofing around.
