This is just an idea but what if I made an instagram account to help recruit members and people will have to fill out a google docs so we can choose ourselves who should be in the dollars? Of course the account will be private so no fake accounts and or internet trolls can get in.

You should try it out but you'd have to make it a pretty big account or else it won't really work

I actually like this idea. To a degree. Using such a big form of social media to connect to the world, such as in the way Influencers do. I think it would be beautiful. The problem lies that this current site is world wide, and world wide... people know Durarara. You're saying ONE Instagram account would be responsible for us from the east to the west, the north to the south, across the pond and down under. That's a big web to be building for one account. All things small grow.
