Over the past view months I've seen many dublicates, especially on the Anime, Music and Sports Boards so my suggestion would be to create Index Threads for each Board like on Missions. For example:

Music Index:

Musicians/Bands
-Green Day
-One Ok Rock
-Trivium
-...

Instruments
-Drums
-Guitar
-...

Write up some drafts as google docs, and should probably collaborate with some other members. It's how we've got it done in the past.
