A spam folder should be created and post moving should be implemented, that way when spam goes up on a thread it can be easily moved from that thread to an offscreen spamland where no trolls may escape. It would also make moving misplaced threads to the correct category possible, as well as cosolidation of duplicate posts without having to go through a cumbersome reporting process. Of course, I'm not sure how many mods (if any) are on this site, so it may become abuse-able or redundant if there are too many or too few users with access to such a feature.

There are relatively few mods to my knowledge, and this site is built that way intentionally. It even says in the about page, and I quote, "Please do note that because there are no heavy restraints on where or what you post, it is up to you to follow the rules and keep the BBS lawful and clean. For each board, there is a short description near the top of the page. Please check that your thread fits into the guidelines before posting it!"
What this means is that we are supposed to police ourselves if we want any rules to be followed.
