Ok so I am the only member for hundreds of miles from my city. So can I create a dyersburg branch of the dollars, and give the password out (to only a selective few who truly want to help and are not just anime junkies)?
Because I am good with technology and gathering info online and IRL, but actually doing something other then just gathering info solo IRL would also be good.
