I think we should clearify what actually belongs on main.We have a thread about what not to post there(like intros for example)but when somebody considers something important and wants as many people as possible to see it he might as well post it there.I am not refering to topics that belong to other sections(like news,personal,countries) but mostly to random but also serious posts.A rather recent example is the
"FOUND A MEMBER" post by "theQueen". I mean why does something like that belong in random(or main,idk) and based on what criteria?
Something that is not clearified as "forbidden" for main and is somehow hard to determine it's category,shouldn't that be judged depending on the how important,the person who posted it,belives it is?

No, it should be judged on the remainder of the site's members.
The site belongs to everyone here. It's a shared space. It doesn't make any sense that one person can decide what everyone has to see on each board.
Yeah, that means you have to conform to some standards you don't agree with, but you didn't make and upkeep the site yourself so that something to live with.

Probably because the guy who created the site, and the mods who have provided upkeep for five years now say so.
The only way that would change is by changing the board description at the very top of the page. Finding a new member really doesn't warrant its own thread, or open a floor for discussion. The RTT is mostly for "when somebody considers something important [to them] and wants as many people as possible to see it".
