I know that many people have a hard time finding work so I was thinking that a thread could be made and employers or anyone could post job ads and/or their contact details and help other dollars find work. what do you guys think? do you have any other thoughts on this idea?

i like the idea, but i don't think that would work well, because having a thread like that would require someone or a co. putting up personal info. maybe it would work out if a small co. would be like "Hey! we do bla bla bla and are looking for someone near bla bla bla, contact us at bla bla bla".
