I had this posted here before, but I didn't think it was the right place to post it. Apparently it was. I'm also not sure if reposting it is a good idea but here we go.

My suggestion was to have Sector Leaders / or "Advisors". I noticed on the Dollars Map that we are spread out heavily around the world, but when it comes to individual states and cities we have little members ( at least in mine ). My proposal was that we would have Advisors for each area. The job of the Advisors would be recruitment, event planning ( such as Dollars Day April 19 ), and over-all gathering of more potentials in certain areas. Now i'm not proposing that these people have complete authority over everyone in their "Sector" but they would just advise over an area and help to spread our cause. I know this could be done individually by each person but I believe it would have more of an organized feeling this way. I know the whole "Colorless and Invisible" may seem like a problem with this but maybe by posting a contact email along with any banners, stickers, posters could solve that problem because It would still be "anonymous".

I like the idea of recruiting more people. But we should be more organized on here before we try to expand. What exactly is our cause? We should all be in agreement about it.

Sorry if this a stupid question but, what is this "Dollars map" that you mentioned? Where can I find it? Sounds interesting :)

This could be done. We could divide into small groups like Kadota and his group.

One of my reasons for proposing this is to see how we could go about starting this. I don't know if there should be an official list of "Sector Advisors" for specific areas or something. @Shizuo I also feel that we should be more organized on the BBS as well but I do think we should "kill two birds with one stone".

I like the idea, you would have to get in touch with Dollars in your area though. If you are all on board with that then yah, let's do it!

I don't think this should apply to epic people like some of the characters in the anime (Celty, Simon, Shizuo, Izaya, etc.) though. I'll try to get more people in my area to join.

Planning on recruiting as well here. Massive otaku fest here every march, so may try and get some sort of word out.

@Sam_W : I don't have a say in the matter ^_^. I think if you check the map and you're the only dollars member shown in your area / or the others aren't responding you should take the initiative to become the sector advisor for your area. I'd say if there are more than 4 people in your area to try and get in touch with them before hand. Like, in my area there is only one other person whom is registered that I cannot make contact with so I will be taking the position as Sector Advisor for the Casper area (US, WY). I feel like if we can get this started without conflict it would be great for the Dollars as a whole and maybe when we have it all organized hold a summit sometime in the future.

To add your mark on the Advisors map it will need to be requested from me. That way if there are multiple people trying to become Advisor of the same area I can have them make contact with each other to work it out. My Contact email is on both maps, just search for Kai.

This is just me being a purist but isn't the beauty of the Dollars the fact that we have no actual hierarchy? That was what made the Dollars so effective because there was no physical evidence to suggest that any individual was a part of it. Even Mikado had no actual control over them until he started "taking out the trash"

With this idea of Advisors, it isn't my intention to rank anyone above the other. I feel it's just a better way of organizing, and spreading our cause ( what ever some may believe that to be ) within our individual reach. I believe it would make things a lot easier for those members who live in an area with no other members, if they're are advisors it would make it easier for others to reach out and help out imo.
