Well, I'd say Rammstein is a pretty solid choice. Haven't heard much of them, but what I did hear is pretty good.

Milky Chance is great. They're German pop, and I'd say to listen to Cocoon, Flashed Junk Mind, and Stolen Dance.

Cluster and Eno is a really good German ambient album, But if you're looking for something a bit bigger, Go for Faust IV by Faust and Tago Mago by Can.

I'd recommend the whole album "Stadtaffe" by Peter Fox, especially "Alles Neu" and "Haus am See". I've first listened to it when i was in 3rd grade, so this one holds a lot of nostalgia for me. Available both on Spotify and YouTube.
