Death Parade's opening is very much a "get up and dance" type of song.
Yugioh's season 5 op, Overlap, is catchy.
Pandora Hearts op has a gothic edge to it, so does DN Angel's.
The original Fruits Basket (2001) opening both english and Japanese is a soft and sweet song, I think both were fitting for the old and new series.
Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works Op 2 was what got me interested in the series.
If you haven't checked out Cowboy Bebop's opening or Trigun's I recommend those two as well. Bebop is smooth and Trigun's basically lets the guitarist have fun.

Driver's high from GTO is a great one, by L'arc en ciel. Another of my favourites is actually an ED, but it's so good idc - the seasons die one after another by amazarashi, from Tokyo Ghoul root a, one of the only good things to come out of that show.
