I have been wondering when RWBY Volume 3 soundtrack will be out to download on Google Play. I know it is out on iTunes, but I don't have any Apple devices. So if you do know anything please reply.

There have been no announcements thus far regarding it on anything other than Spotify. I would suggest keeping up with the rooster teeth website as much as possible and following @TheMilesLuna, @kerryshawcross, and @graymartigan on twitter to know the announcement as soon as possible.

Coma Black thank you for that information. I do follow them on twitter, but I haven't heard anything from them. I know Jeff Williams said that it would come later but iTunes gets out fast.
