I'd like to clarify something with this thread.

Is this for Japanese music that specifically isn't anime-related, or can it include it? Either way, there are other posts about J-Genre music, but if you want to use this as a catch all for Japanese music that has nothing to do with anime, I could see it work, cause we really don't have a thread like that yet. Then again, I guess it could be argued it would just go in whatever Japanese music thread already has the most replies. I also fear people won't read that little "other than" part and just fill the thread with the anime music they're digging. People have a terrible tendency to not read basic sentences here. It's pretty sad.

so uh, thread purgatory right now? I guess we'll see how this ends up.

props for Kinoko Teikoku, I happen to be listening to them right now. "Musician", if you've heard that track. Great stuff.

Well you can listen to, Gazette (think it's spelled like that) That bl.a. maid the Shiver song that is one I the openings to Kuroshitsuji. Then we have ONE OK ROCK that's both in Japanese and englich and ofc Kyary Pamyu Pamyu that's very popular right now.

I recommend you HoneybeaT. Actually they come from Indonesia, but they're playing Japanese music. They're really cool (i think)
