I'm surprised there isn't a thread like this yet. Anyways, before I continue, I just want to mention this right now so there is no future misconception, this is NOT for download websites. I'm not going to put any links to such sites, nor should anyone post any on this thread.
Moving on, I was looking for threads about radio stations and streaming sites because I had a few sites I wanted to mention, and I found neither. So I made one, dedicated to Online Music and Media Streaming websites, which I will abbreviate to OMMS.
What I mean by OMMS sites, is that they are sites that host music, music videos, etc. and allow you to stream the content to your computer, one of the most popular known being You tube.
So, if you have any awesome sites that you would recommend to visit, then please post it here, and let us know.
I have two that I have become really fond of:

Shoutcast is an online radio website, streaming music from not just the US, but broadcasting stations from the entire world! They offer many varieties from Jazz, Country and pop to J-pop, k-pop, anime featured songs (like openings, endings etc.) and so much more. You don't even need have to register because they don't hold accounts. Lastly, it's obviously the site works like a radio, so there's always going to be something different playing.
Nico Nico is basically a Japanese version of You tube. That's the simplest way to put it. If you like Japanese music or vocaloid, you should consider visiting the site. Please keep in mind that you need to register however. It's free, but there are premium options which cost extra. The premium feature also costs yen, NOT dollars, so be carefull if you consider that option.
