So I didn't see a thread like this (although I might've missed it) but if you had a friend who was under a lot of stress, what kind of music would you recommend for him/her.( if this doesn't belong here or its already a thread please inform me, thank you.)

Well, different people have different tastes, so the music that would relieve stress for one guy might not do much for another.

Generally, when I'm feeling overwhelmed I do one of two things, either something really chill, or something really fun.
