I would say to put this in the Neon 5 thread, but there isn't one.
Regardless, this isn't specifically about music or talking about a band, rather, it's just a request to like a picture OF a band for some contest or other.
Why not just make a thread for said band, put out some info on them, and then make another post about supporting them in that thread?
