Hey guys, I was cruising through the threads and didn't see any related, so I figured I'd get an estimate on whether this stuff was popular here!
For reference, I'm talking about hardcore and noise punk and metal, not necessarily electronica.
Examples: Melt Banana, Naked City, The Locust, The Chariot, Ion Dissonance, Converge, Refused.

Out of the bands you mentioned, Converge and Refused are the ones I listen to the most.
Botch is another band I feel would be worth mentioning. "We Are the Romans" is an amazing album, and it, alongside Converge's "Jane Doe" is probably the best the mathcore genre has to offer.
