My favourite is Wish You Were Here. Shine on you Crazy Diamond and Welcome to the Machine are just too amazing.
As much as I love Pink Floyd, I can't say I'm too fond of their psychadelic era. I just couldn't enjoy Piper at the Gates of Dawn, no matter how hard I tried. It was just too, weird, and in the worst way possible. On the other hand, I actually really like Syd Barrett's solo albums, they are surprisingly awesome.
A Saucerful of Secrets was better than The Piper, but I still found it hard to listen to. Come to think of it, the oldest Floyd album that I really like is Ummagumma. That album is exceptionally good.

Definitely one of the best bands ever made. Although Roger Waters was high for half of his career, his music is amazing. Knew every lyric of "brick in the wall" by the time I was like 7
