Finding songs specifically because that's what you're looking for is cool, but I'm wondering if you've ever suddenly loved a song because of how you first heard it. Whether it be a video, the mood you were in, an event, or something like that.

For example, I heard the song The Best Day by Atmosphere for the first time with this video, and that's exactly why I thought it was awesome, even though I don't listen to rap very much.

it has to be fast passed and relate to me.

If the artist performing the song is passionate about what they're playing, and not just doing it because they want money, fame, ect. I usually enjoy their music even when I first hear it. Recently the song "Flux and Flow" by LIGHTS has been stuck in my head ever since I first heard it, probably because I can relate in a way.

Has to have a good beat, catchy, and the singer has to be good, if there is one.
